The uncertainty surrounding eclipse attendance poses a challenge for Soria

With five months to go before the major astronomical phenomenon of August 12, a final logistical and security plan has yet to be designed, pending submission of activity proposals from all participating towns.
Just five months remain until the great solar eclipse of August 12, an astronomical event whose path of totality will cross the northern slopes of the Iberian Peninsula and which will be fully visible in the province of Soria. Preparations began over a year ago, but the big question is how many people will choose to travel to Soria to enjoy this celestial phenomenon, the first of a trio of eclipses that will be centered in Spain until 2028.
